The Leader is a quarterly periodical by the VPPPA and distributed to VPPPA member worksites across the nation. Included in this periodical is a section referred to as the "VPPPA Chapter Round-Up". This section is intended to communicate news from each respective region regarding notable events which are occurring or have occurred.
